By participating in Saree Run USA events, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical activity involves inherent risks of injury, and you participate at your own risk
• You are physically capable of participating in the event
• You will release, waive, and discharge Saree Run USA, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability for injury, death, or property damage
• You will not hold Saree Run USA responsible for any injury or loss you may suffer

6.3 Photo and Video Release

By participating in our events, you grant Saree Run USA the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs and videos of you taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media, and promotional materials, without compensation or further approval.

6.4 Event Cancellation or Modification

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government orders. In the event of cancellation, we will provide refunds or credits as determined by our refund policy.

7. Payment and Refunds
