What Is Saree Run USA?

Saree Run USA is a vibrant community experience where fitness meets cultural pride. Originating as a grassroots movement abroad, Saree Run brings people together to move joyfully, honor heritage, and redefine what wellness can look like.

Yes, our goal is to show fitness without inhibitions and prove that fitness and culture can flow together beautifully therefore traditional attire is highly recommended and encouraged

No Limit! Come walk, run, jog, dance the path!

Just about 5 kilometers or 3 miles, you are however to take shortcuts if you don't/are unable to walk the entire length of the path.

Yes but please inform our staff at check in for a revised route plan!

Sun Protection - sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat. A small pouch to carry your valuables.

Yes! Please join the women as allies in celebrating fitness without inhibitions and cheer them on! Feel free to wear a Dhoti, Kurta Pajama, saree, Lungi, drape a dupatta or any other traditional attire you please!

Absolutely not, all are welcome!

You can find affordable sarees at local Indian clothing stores, online marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy, or thrift stores. We also host saree swap events—follow us on social media for announcements! Plus, we'll have donated sarees available for purchase at registration, with proceeds going to charity.
